By setting the natural angular frequency and phase comparison frequency of a PLL frequency synthesizer provided in frequency converters 2a-2x and tuners 4a-4x and the loop filter band width of a carrier reproduction part provided in QAM demodulators 5a-5x at a value larger than the highest frequency (2 kHz in this case for instance) of the mechanical vibration applied from the outside, even when the mechanical impact or vibration inside the airplane is applied to this transmitter-receiver, since the PLL frequency synthesizer and the carrier reproduction part follow up at high speed and suppress noise, the QAM demodulators 5a-5x are prevented from outputting erroneous reproducing data.
