A mobile/server type broadcast receiver 2 comprises: a certificate storage section 43 for storing a certificate acquired from a content packet or a certificate packet received by broadcasting waves; presentation control information content storage section 45 for storing contents with presentation control information acquired from the content packet; a content presentation control section 44 for instructing playback of the contents with presentation control information in a case where a broadcast entrepreneur identifier contained in the certificate is matched with a broadcast entrepreneur identifier contained in the content presentation control information of the contents with presentation control information; and a display/playback section 47 for playing back the contents with presentation control information in accordance with the instruction from the content presentation control section.
