PURPOSE: To perform satisfactory transmission processing based on the oscillation output of one oscillator by generating a clock, a carrier, and a local signal based on the oscillation output of one oscillator.
CONSTITUTION: The oscillation signal having a first frequency is generated by oscillators 51 and 52. This oscillation signal has the frequency divided in a first frequency divider 54 by a first frequency division ratio, and the clock having a second frequency is generated based on this signal by a clock generation circuit 60. The oscillation signal of oscillators 51 and 52 has the frequency divided in a second frequency divider 57 by a second frequency division ratio, and the carrier having a third frequency is generated based on this signal by a carrier generation circuit 70. The local signal having a fourth frequency is generated based on the oscillation signal of oscillators 51 and 52 by a frequency synthesizer 80. Prescribed transmission is modulated based on the generated carrier by a modulation means 20, and this modulated signal is converted into a desired transmission frequency with a frequency converter 16 by the generated local signal.
