Abstract:
To monitor remotely monitor information that is sent at all times and to enhance the utilization efficiency of a communication channel to the utmost.
Upon the receipt of a 1st state instruction, a state transition control means 7 applies coding processing to monitor information which is in matching with a 1st communication channel 9 and sends the result via the 1st communication channel 9, and upon the receipt of a 2nd state instruction, the state transition control means 7 applies coding processing to monitor information, in matching with a 2nd communication channel 10 whose channel capacity is higher than that of the 1st communication channel 9 and sends the result via the 2nd communication channel 10.
