Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to transmit an arbitrary line of an arbitrary page one line by one line, displaying and confirming it, by selecting an arbitrary line within selected communication form by a cursor or a key and providing a control means transmitting the line to an opposite side.
CONSTITUTION: When a communication with a commercial patent data base company is performed, the communication is connected when a user code is inputted. When the transmission start of a communication menu ME is selected by a cursor K or a key, a state becomes the state of a transmission start and a patent retrieval, etc., can be performed. For instance, when the (1) of communication form A is selected by performing an operation like A→(1) from the cursor or the key when the both of a patent and a utility model are retrieval objects, a transmission is performed to a transmission sentence one line memory LM from a document memory TM and the transmission is transmitted to an opposite side. Next, the logical expressions for retrieval of the (2) and (3), etc., of the form A are selected every line in the same way. This retrieval result is displayed on reply reception form AN. For instance, when the (2) of form B is selected by the cursor, etc., in the same manner if the number of the retrieval result is closer to a desired number, the form is transmitted to the opposite side.
