PURPOSE: To improve a crosstalk from a main video signal to a subvideo signal generated due to band limitation in the transmission path of main carrier wave in FM/FM multiple transmission utilizing a satellite channel.

CONSTITUTION: A crosstalk eliminating circuit 3 is provided on the transmitter side, a crosstalk correction signal with same size phase as and inversed phase to the generated crosstalk based on the main video signal is formed, and it is added to the subvideo signal, modulated and transmitted. Otherwise, the crosstalk elimination circuit is provided on the reception side, the crosstalk correcting signal is formed from the demodulated main video signal, and it is added to the demodulated subvideo signal.
