To prevent two connected shafts from deteriorating in an early stage and from damaging by absorbing an assembling error and a working error, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
A first bearing member 2 having an end surface 2e on which a bearing part 2h and a plurality of projection parts 2d are assembled to a second bearing member 3 having the same constitution as the first bearing member 2 and having a projection part 3d formed by shifting for a prescribed angle to the projection part 2d so as to engage both projection parts 2d, 3d with each other and form a prescribed clearance (x) between respective projection parts 2d, 3d and the end surface 2e and 3e. Elastic bodies 4 are integrally casted between the end surface 2e and the end surface 3e without having a clearance so as to form prescribed clearances (y) between the bearing parts 2h and 3h and project the elastic bodies 4 for prescribed magnitude (z) comparing with diameters of the bearing parts 2h and 3h. As a result, a coupling 1 is constituted.
