CONSTITUTION: After the reading of an original picture is ended, a control part 1 reads the area of a parameter memory 3 corresponding to a pressed one-action dial key (e), and judge whether or not a time designation transmission mode is set to the destination by analyzing the content. When the time designation transmission mode is set, the control part 1 turns a file stored in a picture storage part 9 into a memory transmission waiting state, and waits the arrival of the transmission start time stored in a system memory 2 by referring to time information from a clocking circuit 4. The control part 1 reads the telephone number of the pertinent destination from the area of the system memory 2 when the transmission start time comes, and instructs a network control part 11 to call to the destination. When a line is connected, the control part 1 transfers a procedure signal through a modem 10 and the network control part 11, and starts the transmission of the original picture.
