First schedule table data to be transmitted with digital information via a first transmission medium such as BS digital broadcasting are multiplexed to digital information to be transmitted via a second transferring medium different from the first transmitting medium such as CS digital broadcasting and a second schedule table data, etc., for transmission. By this constitution, while receiving data of one transmission medium of different transmission mediums such as CS digital broadcasting, schedule table data of the other transmission medium such as BS digital broadcasting can be obtained. Thus, when a user requests a schedule table, the schedule table can be presented instantaneously whichever of CS and BS the schedule table is.
