Abstract:
PURPOSE: To allow an incoming caller to complete its call to an internal destination without receiving operator's help or a voice message by forming a system by the use of a specific call processor. CONSTITUTION: A caller dials a number processed by a call processor and receives standard telephone system ring. At the end of the standard telephone system ring, the call processor receives the caller's call. If the caller does not dial the number within the prescribed time, the system transfers the incoming caller to a real operator's extension or another prescribed extension. Only when the caller does not answer before hearing a ringer tone, the ringer tone is generated to the caller.
