Abstract:
To provide a transparent conductive film having a composition which allows mechanical durability such as finger input durability and pen input durability to be satisfactory, achieves improved durability in the vicinity of what is called a frame when applied to a touch panel, in particular, and also achieves easy manufacture and excellent productivity, and to provide a touch panel using the same.
The transparent conductive film 10 comprises a transparent conductive coating 2 made of a composite oxide of In-Sn that is formed on at least one of surfaces of a film base material 1 made of a light transmissive polymer resin. The film base material 1 is made up of first, second and third layers 11, 12 and 13.
