To provide a transparent conductive film of graphene having a wide area and excellent conductivity by a method of applying and drying a graphene dispersion.

There are provided: a transparent conductive film comprising graphene and a sulfonic acid group-containing resin; a mixed solution containing graphene and a sulfonic acid group-containing resin; a laminate in which the transparent conductive film is provided on a substrate; a touch panel, a flat panel display, or a solar cell using the transparent conductive film; and a method for producing the transparent conductive film, which is characterized by applying the coating liquid to the substrate and dying it.
