Title:
TRANSPARENT CONDUCTIVE LAMINATE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3483355
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To suppress the lowering of brightness while enhancing the close adhesiveness with a light emitting layer by mainly providing a transparent conductive layer of indium oxide, a metal membrane layer of copper and a metal membrane layer composed of an alloy of two or more kinds of titanium, tantalum, nickel, palladium, vanadium, chromium and niobium on the main surface of a transparent polymeric substrate.
CONSTITUTION: A first layer 20 being a transparent conductive layer mainly composed of indium oxide, a second layer 30 being a first metal membrane layer composed of copper formed by a sputtering method and a third layer 40 being a second metal membrane layer composed of either one of titanium, tantalum, nickel, palladium, vanadium, chromium or niolium or an alloy composed of two or more kinds of them are successively formed on one main surface of a transparent polymeric substrate 10. The thickness of the transparnet conductive layer is set to 10-200nm and that of the first metal membrane layer 30 is set to 1-20nm and that of the second metal membrane layer 40 is set to 1-20nm. As the transparent polymeric substrate, a transparent plastic molded member is used.
