To provide a transparent conductive material which exhibits excellent high antireflection performance against external light and can suppress an increase in surface resistance to suppress a reduction in conductivity.
The transparent conductive material includes an electromagnetic wave shielding layer and a contrast improving layer. The electromagnetic wave shielding layer comprises a transparent substrate and a conductive pattern layer formed on the transparent substrate in a predetermined pattern. The conductive pattern layer contains metal particles and a binder resin. The metal particles are partially exposed from the binder resin on a surface of the conductive pattern layer, and a metal particle-exposed portion has groove-like recesses and minute projections on a surface thereof.
