Title:
TRANSPARENT ELECTROCONDUCTIVE LAMINATE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0298436
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the adhesion between a transparent electroconductive film and an illuminant layer and effectively prevent electrode from peeling by a structure wherein a cyanoethylated polysaccharide layer is provided on an electroconductive layer.

CONSTITUTION: The transparent electroconductive laminate consists of a trans parent formed board, onto which a transparent electroconductive layer and a thin cyanoethylated polysaccharide layer are formed in the order named. The transparent formed board means a transparent organic or inorganic formed board such as sheet or film. Onto the transparent formed board, the transparent electroconductive layer is formed with or without the provision of undercoating layer. The cyanoethylated polysaccharide is one of polysaccharides such as amylopectin, dextrin, pullulan or erucinan, not less than 60% and preferably 75% of the hydroxyl group of which is cyanoethylated, and is in the solid state at normal temperature. Further, its favorable softening point lies within the range of 50-200°C. Especially, its favorable starting temperature to flow (under the pressure of 100kg/cm2) is about 100-160°C. The thickness of the cyanoethylated polysaccharide layer is set to be 0.001-3μm, and preferably 0.005-2μm.
