To provide a transparent gas barrier conductive laminated film which has barrier properties of a high level usable for a packaging application of a food, an electronic component, a drug or the like required for high barrier properties and a large advantage at a manufacturing cost and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.
The gas barrier conductive laminated film comprises a base made of a transparent film, and an at least transparent conductive vapor- deposited layer provided on at least one surface of the base. In this film, the vapor-deposited layer is constituted by laminating a metal vapor-deposited layer on an inorganic oxide vapor-deposited layer and is a gas barrier layer having transparency and conductivity by forming the metal vapor deposited layer immediately after the inorganic oxide vapor-deposited layer is formed in the same film forming step. The method for manufacturing the same is provided.
