To provide a transparent laminated film excellent in scratch resistance and adhesion of a protective layer that protects a transparent laminated part while having excellent thermal insulation performance.
The transparent laminated film 10 includes: the transparent laminated part 14 alternatively laminated with a metal oxide thin film and a metal thin film on in least one side surface of a transparent polymer film 12; a stress relaxation layer 16 which is in contact with the transparent laminated part 14 and laminated; and the protective layer 18 which is in contact with the stress relaxation layer 16 and laminated. The stress relaxation layer 16 and the protective layer 18 are formed out of a cured material and the elastic modulus of the protective layer 18 is set larger than the elastic modulus of the stress relaxation layer 16.
