Abstract:
To provide a transparent member including an optical interference film excellent in scratch resistance.SOLUTION: The transparent member includes a transparent substrate consisting of glass, glass-ceramics or sapphire and an optical interference film arranged on the surface of the transparent substrate. The optical interference film comprises: a high refractive index film consisting of a high refractive index material having a refractive index of 1.80 or more at a wavelength of 632 nm; an intermediate refractive index film consisting of an intermediate refractive index material having a refractive index of 1.55 or more and less than 1.80; and a low refractive index film consisting of a low refractive index material having a refractive index of less than 1.55 and has a Martens hardness of 7.5-11 GPa at 100 nm of an indentation depth by the Vickers indenter and a surface roughness Ra of 0.5-2 nm, and the high refractive index material is SimAlnOpNq, where m/(m+n) is 0.05-0.3, and q/(p+q) is 0.5-0.9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
