This transparent microspherical retrorefleting three-dimensional woven fabric is obtained by weaving a transparent micropherical retroreflecting yarn 12 so as to be exposed in each recessed part 11. Since the retroreflecting yarn 12 exposed in the recessed part 11 is not substantially brought into contact and rubbed with others, there is no fear of falling off of transparent microspheres and the retroreflecting actions are semipermanently maintained.
