Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the titled transparent plate having antistatic function by forming specified two dielectric films having a low refractive index on a transparent substrate with metallic films in-between.
CONSTITUTION: A metallic film 3 of Ti, Cr, Zr, Mo, Ni-Cr alloy or stainless steel (Ni+Cr+Fe) having 25W70 thickness, a first dielectric film 4 having a low refractive index of 1.35W1.50 and 700W1,200 thickness, a metallic film 5 of Ti, Cr, Zr, Mo, Ni-Cr alloy or stainless steel (Ni+Cr+Fe) having 25W70 thickness and a second dielectric film 6 having a low refractive index of 1.35W1.50 and 700W1,200 thickness are successively vacuum-deposited on a transparent substrate 1 having 1.45W1.60 refractive index.
