To improve transparency, heat resistance, and mechanical characteristics by specifying the thickness of a sheet comprising a resin sheet that has a specific composition and composed of maleimide-olefin copolymer resin with number-averaged molecular weight of a specific range and a conductive layer.

Component (I) amount represented by formula I is 40-60 mol%, component (II) amount represented by formula II is 60-40 mol%, this sheet comprises transparent resin sheet composed of maleimide-olefin copolymer with number-averaged molecular weight higher than 1×103 and 5×106, and a conductive layer. The thickness of the transparent sheet is preferably 0.51-10 mm. In the formula I, R1 shows hydrogen or an alkyl group with 1-6 carbons, and hydrogen atom, a methyl group, an ethyl group, or a cyclohexyl group is used. In the formula II, each of R2 and R3 shows hydrogen or an alkyl group with 1-6 carbons, and hydrogen atom, a methyl group, or 2,2-dimethylpropyle group is used.
