To provide a transparent wiring sheet that is suitable for a touch panel input device and with which a touch panel input device can be manufactured without adhering a pair of conductive pattern forming sheets with a double-sided adhesive tape.

A transparent wiring sheet 1 includes a transparent insulating substrate, a first transparent conductive layer 20 provided on one surface of the transparent insulating substrate, and a second transparent conductive layer provided on the other surface of the transparent insulating substrate. The first transparent conductive layer 20 is provided with a first conductive pattern P₁ obtained by forming a first insulating section 21 and a second insulating section 22 differing from the first insulating section 21. The second transparent conductive layer is provided with a second conductive pattern obtained by forming a third insulating section overlapping with the first insulating section 21 and a fourth insulating section differing from the second insulating section and the third insulating section.
