Abstract:
To provide a transparentizing agent composition having excellent flowability as powder, and a polyolefin resin composition from which a molded article having excellent transparency can be produced.
The transparentizing agent composition is obtained by heating a mixture, which contains ≥85 mass% of a benzylidene sorbitol compound shown by general formula (1), 5-10 mass% of tetrakis[3(3,5-di-tertiarybutyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionyloxymethyl]methane and 6-9 mass% of a lubricant, at the temperature range of 80-180°C. In formula (1), R denotes a hydrogen atom or a 1-4C alkyl group, and R1, R2, R3 and R4 each independently denote a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a cyano group or a 1-4C alkyl group.
