PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplantation hand which can reduce the load on roots of a seedling at the time of transplantation of the seedling.SOLUTION: A transplantation hand 40 is a transplantation hand provided in a transplantation apparatus for transplanting a seedling S, having a pair of arms 41 which can grasp a seedbed piece N in which the seedling S is planted. The arm 41 has an ejection port 51 for ejecting a gas A downward.
