Abstract:
To provide a transplantation bone fixing a transplantation site at a high fixing force in a short period of time irrelevant to an individual difference of the transplantation site such as pleurapophysis.
This transplantation bone production method includes a step of storing a mixture 5 of a bone prosthetic material 2, blood components 3, and blood coagulant 4 in a deformable vessel 1 composed of a biocompatible material deformed according to the bone shape of the transplantation site A, and a step of disposing the deformable vessel 1 storing the mixture 5 in the transplantation site A and deforming it before coagulation of the stored mixture 5.
