To provide a transplanter having a fertilizer applicator, capable of properly planting seedling roots at sites where agrochemical fertilizer granules have been applied in ridges.
The transplanter with a fertilizer applicator includes: a steering handle (8) for walking operation on the machine body supported so as to be travelable in a farm; a seedling root-planting apparatus (3) for planting seedling roots in the farm; and the agrochemical fertilizer granule applicator (5) for applying agrochemical fertilizer granules in the farm. In this transplanter, the agrochemical fertilizer granule applicator (5) includes: a fertilizer ejection part (31) functioning to quantitatively eject the agrochemical fertilizer granules from a fertilizer tank; and an agitative part (32) for agitating the ejected agrochemical fertilizer granules in the soil, in front of the seedling root-planting apparatus (3), thus surely enabling seedling roots to be planted in sites where the agrochemical fertilizer granules have been applied.
