Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transponder for a communication system capable of carrying out stable communication having a large modulation factor.
SOLUTION: A coil L1 as an impedance element is connected to an antenna 101 of the transponder 20 for the communication system. A resistor R2, and a diode D2 as a switch element for passing a high frequency current to the ground, are connected to the coil L1. As the antenna 22, a low impedance monopole antenna is used. The inductance of the coil L1 is 10 nH, and the phase difference between the case wherein a current of 100 mA is flowing through the diode D2, and the case wherein no current is flowing through the diode D2, is 122°, and the amplitude ratio is 1.1.
