Abstract:
To provide a transponder, an on-vehicle device, and a TPMS, capable of accurately estimating tire pressure with a small number of coefficients.SOLUTION: The transponder, installed in a vehicle tire, for transmitting a wireless signal corresponding to a temperature and pressure of a tire to an on-vehicle device, includes: a reception unit for wirelessly receiving a temperature request signal and a pressure request signal from the on-vehicle device; a signal generation unit for generating a temperature response signal according to the temperature request signal and generating a pressure response signal in which a frequency of the pressure request signal is changed according to the tire pressure; a transmission unit for wirelessly transmitting the temperature response signal and the pressure response signal to the on-vehicle device; and a storage unit for storing a coefficient of a pressure approximation formula for approximating a frequency of the pressure response signal according to the pressure and temperature of the tire to a curved surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
