PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a decrease in quality of an adhesive layer in a surface of a transportation belt while reducing the load of the work of forming the adhesive layer.SOLUTION: A transport device 3 is a transport device configured by comprising a transportation belt 7 having an adhesive layer 5 in the surface to form the adhesive layer 5 with an adhesive layer formation jig 11. An adhesive layer formation jig 11 comprises a coating part 13 on contact with the whole of the transportation belt 7 in a width direction B, where the coating part 13 dams a liquid raw material W flowed down onto the surface of the transportation belt 7 before movement of the transportation belt 7 to cause the transportation belt 7 to pass by movement through a part 15 with the dammed liquid raw material W to coat the surface of the transportation belt 7 with liquid raw material W, so that the part 15 damming the liquid raw material W of the coating part 13 is so configured as to incline in a direction A of movement of the transportation belt 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
