Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce an installation space, to increase the work efficiency and to improve convenience for use.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of placing materials to be counted thrown in from a counting and stacking device on stacked materials on a transport conveyer 40, a difference in levels between both side edges of stacked materials and counted materials is detected and the counted materials are reversed if necessary by a reversing mechanism 20 so as to improve the stability of stacked materials and stacked materials are stably stopped and transported by front and rear stoppers 53, 63. Accordingly, a bucket conveyer is no more required and it is not necessary to push out stacked materials from a bucket in the direction intersecting perpendicularly to the transport direction, so that a transport line can be made rectilinear without bending in the right-angled direction. Furthermore, the capacity of the line may not be limited by the capacity of the pusher. Further, the amount of the stacked materials on the transport conveyer 40 is reduced and the general control data for controlling the stacked materials are decreased so as to facilitate processing for the stacked materials.
