Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to transport even any easily flowing fluidic substance to be transported, along a steep upward inclination by deforming the upward steep inclined section of the outward trip of a conveyor into a long sideways-flat cylindrical shape after passing a narrow section.

CONSTITUTION: When a belt 1a formed into a cylindrical shape enters the second shape-holding frame 7 installed at a steep inclined section, it becomes a long sideways-cylindrical belt after passing a narrow part formed by a fixed roller 9 and a press roller 11. Hereby, substance 17 to be transported staying inside a cylindrical pipe belt 1a" is pushed and hardened, simultaneously a space above the substance 17 to be transported is eliminated. Hereby the easily lowing substance 17 to be transported is retained without allowing it to flow inside the belt 1a", and consequently it can be transported upward on the steep inclined section.
