Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation device and an installation method for a conveyance rail that can easily install the conveyance rail for conveying a disassembling recovery device from a newly formed opening into a pedestal in a short period through a remote operation when a biological shield wall surrounding a reactor pressure vessel is provided with a shield wall opening (newly formed opening).SOLUTION: There are prepared a rail installation truck 30 moved to an outer side, a conveyance rail 22, and an equipment shield chamber 36 which airtightly surrounds a tip part fixing device 26 and is installed airtightly on an outer surface of a biological shield wall 1a surrounding a reactor pressure vessel. Then an outer end of the conveyance rail 22 is supported on a cantilever basis by the rail installing truck 30, which is moved along a length of the conveyance rail 22 until a tip part 22a of the conveyance rail 22 reaches a pedestal opening 13a. Further, the tip part fixing device 26 fixes the tip part 22a of the conveyance rail 22 to the pedestal opening 13a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
