Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier structure that can be applied to a guide rail capable of reversing an object to be transferred between the short distances and a processing method for a guide rail for its manufacture of the guide rail.SOLUTION: Three bearings 14, 15 and 16 are attached to the lower surface side of a carriage plate 12 capable of mounting an object to be transferred. More practically, a pair of first bearings 14, 15 are arranged in such a way that they can be rotated while being contacted with one surface of a linear guide rail 20 and the second one bearing 16 is arranged to be rotatable while sandwiching the linear guide rail 20 with respect to the pair of first bearings 14, 15 and being contacted with the other surface of the linear guide rail 20. The linear guide rail 20 is formed into a twisted shape.
