Abstract:
To provide a conveyance system capable of facilitating layout of a buffer and preventing a bottleneck on a running route.
When using a load port 24 of a group A of handling devices as the next conveyance destination, the buffers are laid out from the upstream side by giving priority to the immediate upstream side at such a frequency that a group 32-1 of buffers in an area on the immediate upstream side and then a group 32-2 of buffers in an area on the upstream side come in this order.
