PURPOSE: To prevent references from producing positional deviation at each process and problems from occurring for performing operations at each process, enable a production yield to be improved, and obtain a title item for meeting the requirement of multiple pins by providing a positioning opening and a specific guide part from a conductive material.

CONSTITUTION: A title item is provided with a long film shaped insulation substrate 16, a plurality of pattern parts 17 which are placed in longer direction on the substrate 16, a wiring part 20 consisting of a conductive material which is provided on those pattern parts 17, a plurality of openings 23 and 24 which are provided through the substrate 16 at a specified position of the pattern parts 17, guide parts 26 and 27 consisting of a conductive material whose outer shape is formed to be larger than that of those openings 23 and 24 and which are provided being overlapped at nearly a same position as the openings 23 and 24, and positioning openings 27 and 28 which are smaller than the openings 23 and 24 and are provided nearly a same position as the openings 23 and 24 through the substrate 16 at the guide part 25. For example, the above guide parts 25 and 26 and the positioning openings 27 and 28 are formed simultaneously with the wiring part 20 by etching a foil shaped conductive material which is laminated on the substrate 16.
