Title:
TRANSPORT VIS DETECTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3553141
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To detect the presence of a transport vis used for transport by providing a detecting circuit and electrically connecting at least one end of the detecting circuit to the conduction pattern of a fixing part electrically connected to the transport vis by which the moving part of a device is fixed to a fixing part.
CONSTITUTION: A transport vis 10 is applied on a printed board 1, a mechanical chassis 2, and the screw through hole 9 of a chassis 3 to effect fixing so that displacement in a position and breakage of the mechanical chassis 2 being a moving part are prevented from occurring during the transport. The end part of the transport vis 10 is electrically connected to a pattern 1a on the printed board 1 through a nut 10a and the terminal 8a of a detecting circuit 8 to detect the presence of the transport vis 10 is connected to a pattern 1a. In the case the transport vis 10 is in a mounted state, the terminal 8a is brought into contact with the pattern 1a, a current flows to a nut 10a, the transport vis 10, a chassis 3, and a GND, and a current flows to a point P. Meanwhile, in a case the transport screw 10 is in a removed state, the pattern 1a is not electrically connected to the GND and no current flows to the point P. This constitution detects the presence of the transport screw 10 by the detecting circuit 8.
