PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transportation facility of converter dust collecting water and to provide an operation method of the transportation facility of converter dust collecting water.SOLUTION: Two lines of upstream side drain pipes for a first converter are arranged side by side near the first converter and a second converter, three lines of downstream side drain pipes are arranged side by side on the downstream side rather than terminal parts of two lines of the upstream side drain pipes, a dust collecting water discharge part of the first converter is freely connected to either of inlet parts of two lines of upstream side drain pipes via an upstream side connection pipe, a dust collecting water discharge part of the second converter is freely connected to either of inlet part of the first downstream side drain pipe or of inlet part of the second downstream side drain pipe via a downstream side connection pipe, an outlet part of the first upstream side drain pipe is freely connected to an inlet part of a second downstream side drain pipe or an inlet part of a third downstream drain pipe and an outlet part of a second upstream side drain pipe is freely connected to an inlet part of a third downstream side drain pipe, of three lines of downstream side drain pipes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
