PURPOSE: To easily take out articles form boxes that contain the articles and are put in a stack.

CONSTITUTION: A transportation and storage box 10 has cover flaps 12 on the upside and an article take-out port, that is freely opened and closed, on the side face. For example, the box 10 has an outside shape of nearly a rectangular prism and is provided with an article take-out port consisting of an opening of a shape having a straight side at least on one of the side faces and a door which turns on the straight side. Thereby, the door can be opened and closed while the boxes are put in a stack, and articles inside the boxes can be taken out and into the boxes, so that the convenience of transportation and storage of the articles in the boxes is enhanced.
