Title:
TRANSPORTATION OF TRANSFORMER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06112051
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to contrive the simplification of the work for disassembly and reassembly of a transformer as well as to prevent the quality of a core from being lowered as much as possible in the case where the transformer is transported in a disassembled state.

CONSTITUTION: A transformer is constituted of coils and a core 2 and the core 2 is constituted into a structure wherein three pieces of leg parts 4, 5 and 6, in which the coils are respectively inserted, are respectively jointed to upper yoke parts at their upper end parts and at the same time, are respectively jointed to lower yoke parts 8 at their lower end parts. At the time of transportation of the transformer, the transformer is disassembled into the core 2, from which the coils and the upper and lower yoke parts are demounted, for coping with dimension limits and weight limits. A clamping fitment 10 for mounting the upper yoke parts to the core 2 is applied on bosses 14 and 14 from both surfaces of the fitment 10 in such a way that it is fitted between up-and-down two bosses 14 and 14 and is integrally formed with the legs by studs 11, whereby the transformer is transported in a state that the fitment 10 is mounted to the legs and is fixed on the legs in such a way that it is bridged over roughly the central parts of the leg parts 4, 5 and 6.
