A forklift 200 is provided with a control unit 203 for reading ID information in an RFID tag 102 stuck to a container 100 through an antenna 202 when inserting a fork-shaped arm 201 into the container 100, an on-vehicle terminal unit 205 capable of displaying predetermined information on screen and performing communication with the server 300, and a power supply controller 210 for supplying electric power into the control unit 203 and the on-vehicle terminal unit 205 by using an on-vehicle battery 209 as power supply are provided. The power supply controller 210 is provided with a power supply shutting-off means for shutting off supply of electric power to the control unit 203 and the on-vehicle terminal unit 205 from the battery 209 when performing end operation to be performed at the time of end of work.
