Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the functions as food storage, food protection, and a food carrier, by providing a function for containing food utensils as well as holding a lunch box cover. CONSTITUTION: A lunch box kit 10 comprises a lunch box 12 and a carrying small bag 14 containing the lunch box. The lunch box 12 is a shape of ellipse, smoothly curved from the narrower edge part 16 to the wider edge part 18, and comprises a lower container 20 providing a flat base and a domed upper cover 24. The cover 24 is provided with a dent part or a cavity 48 for storage, which is elongated in the center and is opened in the upper direction, on the top thereof, the dent part 48 is formed to be unified in the cover 24, and has a flat bottom wholly on the plane which is slightly higher than a surrounding side wall 50 and a surrounding lip of the lower part of the cover 24. The dent part 48 is to contain a food utensil containing a wide and elongated utensil 54 (a pair of spoon and folk, if possible), and to store food.
