Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to move a concrete floor screeding device transversely or turn around the device in a simpified fashion by installing rails on a floor surface which is supported with an outer rigger and concrete-placed separated at a span spanning the concrete floor screeding device between the rails and moving the device on the rails.
CONSTITUTION: A set of two rails 1A and 2A, and 1B and 2B which support a concrete floor screeding device 4 are designed to cross each other, thereby laying out a pair of pipe rails 14A and 14B on a floor surface A. The concrete floor screeding device 4 is supported with either one rail 2A or 2B of the paired two sets of the rails which support the concrete floor screeding device 4. An outrigger 3 of the outer side rails 1A and 1B is used as a floating leg. A wheel burrow 13 is mounted to a leg 3a of the outrigger 3 which is designed as the floating leg. The wheel burrow 13 is placed on the pipe rails 14A and 14B. Both the wheel burrow 13 and the pipe rails 14A and 14B are used to support the concrete floor screeding device 4. By allowing a worker M to push the device 4 with hands, and roll up the wheel burrow, the concrete screeding device 4 is moved transversely. It is also oppossible to swing the device in a similar operation.
