Abstract:
PURPOSE: To travel smoothly to perform work even with inward and outward curved parts on the exterior wall surface.
CONSTITUTION: A travel part supporting arm 22 is fitted to each of four travel parts 20, two each traveling along each of two vertical guide rails, in such a way as to be rotated by a vertical fitting shaft 21, and three travel wheels 23 are fitted to the center part of the travel part supporting arm 22 so as to enable traveling along the lower face of the guide rail. Each of guide part supporting arms 25 fitted to both end parts of the travel part supporting arm 22 by vertical fitting shafts 26 is provided with three guide wheels 27 so as to roll along the longitudinal wall of the guide ral. Smooth travel can be performed to any inner/outer curved part by the freedom through the arms 22, 25 of the travel wheels 23 and guide wheels 27 in each travel part 20.
