Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress abrasion of an adsorption part relative to an adsorbed surface during adsorption and running.SOLUTION: A running device 1 comprises four discoidal moving units 2A and 2B, driving motors 3A and 3B, pumps 4A and 4B, two negative pressure sensors and a housing. The moving units respectively comprise inclination spacers 21, adsorbing parts 22, driving rings 23, cleaning pads 24 and hollow shafts 25 in common. The adsorbing parts 22 that run while adsorbing to an adsorbed surface 8 and adsorb to the adsorbed surface do not rotate together with the driving rings and are provided separately from the driving rings.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
