Abstract:

To provide a travel plan creation device capable of efficiently creating a safe travel plan.

This plan creating device creates a travel control plan for normal travel, and creates the travel control plan for emergency stop for avoiding a danger separately from a travel control plan, and then decides whether or not the created travel control plan for normal travel and the created travel control plan for emergency stop satisfy a prescribed safety reference, thereby generating a travel control plan for making a vehicle 1 travel by using a decision result. Thus, it is possible to create the travel control plan by using the combination of the decision results of each travel control plan, and to efficiently create the travel plan operating at a safety side.
