Abstract:
To provide a travel type recovery machine which can obtain a position of a falling object on a ground surface such as a ball in a simple method, can correctly obtain the position of the falling object on the ground surface such as a ball by only improving software without requiring significant alteration of hardware and is in excellent in reliability and cost effectiveness.SOLUTION: A travel type recovery machine comprises for example, a count sensor 27 as a sensor for detecting a position of each ball that is recovered at a position detected by a satellite positioning system. A controller 50 sets a position where a movement distance La of a ball recovery machine 1 from picking-up of a ball from the ground surface by a ball recovery wheel 5 to contacting with the counter sensor 27 for counting is reflected in a direction opposite to the travel direction of the ball recovery machine 1 at that time as an actual position where the ball is picked from position information of the ball recovery wheel 1 at a time point at which the ball is in contact with the counter sensor 27 and counted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
