To easily move a wheelchair in a snowing cold district by fixing a ski supporting metal fitting with an operation handle for raising and lowering skis to a wheelchair body frame and attaching the skis to the supporting metal fitting vertically movably by the operation handle.

The ski supporting metal fitting 2 is attached to the frame 1 of a wheelchair body. To the supporting metal fitting 2, the operation lever 4 for ski raising and lowering operations is attached by a bolt 5. The guiding hole 3 of the ski 8 of a ski body made of reinforced plastic is connected through a lot 6, a pin 7 and the pin 10 to the operation lever 4. A contraction spring 11 is attached to the operation lever 4 and the position of the lifted ski 8 is held. Thus, wheel traveling is performed by raising the ski 8 in the indoors and moving is performed by skiing by lowering the ski 8 on the snowing outdoors. In such a manner, movement in the snowing cold district is facilitated.
