Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling device suppressing the fluctuations in speed in traveling and stably traveling.
SOLUTION: This traveling device is provided with a first frame 2, a second frame 3, a swinging pin 4 swingably supporting the both frames at the intersecting position between the first frame 2 and the second frame 3 and vertically moving by interlocked with the vertical movement of a footboard 1, and a transmission mechanism, when the first frame 2 and the second frame 3 are swung around the swinging pin 4 in lowering the footboard 1, transmitting the swing operation to a rear wheel 10 and rotating it, and when the first frame 2 and the second frame 3 are swung around the swinging pin 4 in raising the footboard 1, intercepting the transmission of the swing operation to the rear wheel 10. This device is also provided with an energy accumulating means 6 accumulating an energy produced when the footboard 1 lowers from the raising end and, when the footboard reaches the lowering end, releasing the accumulated energy and rotating the rear wheel 10.
