Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce a space required for fitting and improve reliability, by providing two actions of lifting and forwarding a pallet by means of a single unit of actuator.
CONSTITUTION: A rotary collar 19 is turned in the arrow direction through an arm 20 for making a cam 16 come in contact with and press a roller 23, before a push pate 14 starts moving. An oscillating lever 32, fitted to a bracket 34, is turned in the arrow direction through an arm 22 and connecting rod 28 to gradually lift a plate 36 and stops as a stop button 30 touches a stopper 29. Even if an external force is applied when a pallet Pa is lifted, the pallet never oscillates vertically nor drops because the center O of a pin 27 is in a position beyond a dead point Y.
