Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a lead wire which is lead out of a hole IC from being short-circuited due to contact with a metal lid body. CONSTITUTION:The title detector retains a signal conversion element 4 on the upper surface of a cylindrical insulation retaining body 3, at the same time covers the signal conversion element 4 with a metal lid body 8, and then leads a lead wire 4a from the signal conversion element 4 via a connection member 16 within a connection hole part 15 which is provided at the insulation retaining body 3. Then, a projecting part 21 which prevents the connection member 16 from being moved in a periphery direction is formed on the inner wall of the connection hole part 15 of the insulation retaining body.
